Neurofeedback is very safe, effective, and gentle approach to nervous system regulation.
Dr Bessel van der kolk ~ The Body Keeps the Score
“In my practice I use neurofeedback primarily to help with hyperarousal, confusion, and concentration problems of people who suffer from developmental trauma. Â It has also been shown good results for tension headaches, improving cognitive functioning, reducing anxiety, panic attacks, deepening meditation, treating autism, self-regulation in mood disorders and more.”
Neuroptimal is an advanced neurotechnology designed to train the brain to function at optimal levels.
What Happens in a Neurofeedback Session?
How many sessions will I need and how frequently do I need them?
The great thing about neurofeedack is that it is not like exercise, you don't need to do it for ever to stay healthy and fit!!!
Most people train once or twice a week (more if they rent a home system) allowing them to make measurable and realistic changes. Tracking the changes is an important part of the process, because this will help you decide when you can finish training. There are many factors influencing how many sessions people choose to complete, the overage ranges from 15 to 50. Once sessions are completed the changes are not lost because you are continuing to use your brain.
