As someone who experienced first hand the debilitating affects of fear, anxiety, and panic I am very passionate about supporting people who struggle with these issues.
Early on in my career I went on an extensive journey trying every therapy I could that might help me break free from anxiety. Â What I discovered was that most therapeutic approaches to anxiety make a fundamental mistake – they see anxiety as the enemy!
What I now call the “paradigm shift”, is a radical shift in the conceptualisation and treatment of fear, anxiety, and panic.
In conjunction with the paradigm shift we use a range of therapies, taking a holistic and integrated approach to reaching your goals.
